Our Supportive Living program is designed to promote independence, dignity, respect, and well-being for our residents while still remaining affordable. Come and visit us to take a tour of our beautiful campus located in Bridgeview, IL, and select one of our beautiful floorplans – studios, companion suites, and alcoves are all available. Moraine Court Supportive Living combines apartment style living with personal care provided by our professional, licensed staff available 24 hours a day. To ensure the happiness and comfort of our guests, weekly housekeeping and laundry services are provided. Three well-balanced meals and snacks are prepared and served daily. We offer many payment options, such as private pay, Veterans Aid & Assistance, long-term care insurance, and Medicaid.

Get in the Swing of Things
Living an active and engaged lifestyle is important to many Moraine Court residents. Our Activity Director arranges at least four daily program events, 7 days a week. These programs vary from in-house entertainment––when outside performers visit our community––to us transporting our residents to events outside of our community, to a variety of other daily engagements with residents and staff. Our programing empowers every resident to connect, grow, move, and create, all at their own pace.
Dining
Residents enjoy three delicious meals seven days a week in our recently-renovated dining room featuring state of the art kitchen equipment. At Moraine Court, we understand that meal times are important not only to enjoy great food, but also for fellowship and proper nutrition. Our Dining Service team leaders and management meet with residents monthly to discuss opportunities to continue to provide menu options and special experiences so that we can continue to deliver the best service possible to our residents. We offer two sets of meal serving times to accommodate the interests of those who prefer to eat earlier or later in the day.
Supportive Living
Moraine Court is a part of the State of Illinois Supportive Living Program. This program is designed to promote the independence, dignity, respect, and well-being of residents in a cost-effective manner. For your convenience and the convenience of our community’s seniors, we partner with multiple local physicians.
Partnering with Home Health services to provide our homebound residents skilled physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, and wound care.
